| We take pride and commit ourselves in manufacturing ONLY the highest quality tools. We believe that best quality only stems from combination of product disign, select materials, manufacturing standards that are backed by the experience and know-how, and most importantly, the desire to offer the perfect tools for the end customers. Our disire to offer the perfect tools permeates every stage of our manufacturing process. This process begins with selection of raw materials. With close cooperation with one of the leading steel makers in Japan, we select the best material for each tool we manufacture. We even request for materials with special composition to be supplied spcially for us. This is because we believe that perfect products can only come from the perfect materials. There is no way of hiding the origin, even after the the production is completed and cosmetics have been put on. For all our products, the entire production process is carried out in our own factories by our own engineers and technicians. This is the only way we can truly maintain the quality standard at the level we feel we need to maintain. Also, most of the machineries employed at our factories are either made by us or taylor made for us, so that we can reflect our manufacturing know-how and experience in our produciton system. Heat teatment is of vital importance to the quality of cutting tools. Among the materials we utilize for our products, HSS is a very delicate material. Quality of the finished product rely heavily on the quality of the heat treatment. In order to ensure the best hardness and uniformity for each tool, we carry out heat treatment process in our own facilities with highest quality control standard. Grinding process is also vital in ensuring sharp and smooth cutting angle on the tools. We take time in this grinding process even though it is costly, because the quality of the cutting lips will determin the cutting quality as well as the tools' service life. Where it is important, we apply mirror finish to ensure the best results and added value for our users. It is our desire and committment to our cutomers that we will supply ONLY THE BEST QUALITY tools we can possibly manufacture and will never compromise, so that the dealers and users of our tools can rest assured that he or she is handling or using THE BEST. |
